Brisbane-based Nye Stewart has spent the last decade carving out a reputation as one of Australia's most acclaimed independent songwriters and live performers. From intimate pub stages to main-stage festival slots, his sound moves effortlessly between folk, roots and rock.
Nye has released 2 studio albums and many live EPs, toured extensively across Australia and internationally, and shared stages with some of the country's most renowned musical acts. He's also the founder and former frontman of celebrated Brisbane folk-rock band TiMBAH.

The Band
TiMBAH —
Brisbane folk-rock, led by Nye.
Before going solo, Nye founded and fronted TiMBAH — a Brisbane folk-rock band known for soaring harmonies, fiddle-driven hooks and full-tilt live shows. The group toured nationally and released the much-loved album "Are We There Yet", still streaming on Spotify, Apple Music and every major platform.
The TiMBAH sound lives on in Nye's solo sets — and occasionally the full band still gets back together for festival shows.
